There are so many things to take care of when you are a solo entrepreneur that the average person just doesn’t understand. You have to market your business: advertise, socialize (on and offline) and just plain keep your business’ name out there. You have to further develop your business if you want it to grow (and honestly we all know you want your business to grow and mature!) and you need to work with your clients and customers; do the very thing you are in business to do. The last thing is what drives you. It’s your passion and the reason you do what you do.

Then there are the administrative tasks: All those necessary things that keep your business running (in fact, they are the backbone of each and every business). But the administrative side is probably not where you shine. It’s also the tasks and chores that feel like they are eating up your time. Let’s face it, if you are not really good at something, it just feels like it is dragging you down taking all the sweetness out of the work you L♥VE to do. The voices in the back of your mind say, “you suck at this” which does nothing to improve the way you look at those tasks!
